You are responsible for determining whether the data you submit is appropriate for your intended use. You should not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless you are legally authorized to do so.

We may share information with trusted service providers and subprocessors that help operate the Services. These may include:

• Stripe (payments)
• OpenAI (AI processing)
• infrastructure and hosting providers
• analytics providers
• authentication providers

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or financing events.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain operational integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Certain memory artifacts, traces, or logs may persist temporarily even after deletion requests due to backups, operational systems, or technical limitations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are currently hosted primarily in the United States. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

You are responsible for:

• obtaining required consents from your users
• complying with applicable privacy laws
• ensuring you have rights to submit Customer Data
• configuring and using the Services appropriately for your use case

We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Services, analyze usage, improve performance, and maintain security. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings.

The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the memgram website. Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
