Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

You are responsible for determining whether the data you submit is appropriate for your intended use. You should not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless you are legally authorized to do so.

We may share information with trusted service providers and subprocessors that help operate the Services. These may include:
- Stripe (payments)
- OpenAI (AI processing)
- infrastructure and hosting providers
- analytics providers
- authentication providers
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or financing events.
We do not sell personal information.

Certain memory artifacts, traces, or logs may persist temporarily even after deletion requests due to backups, operational systems, or technical limitations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Transfers
The Services are currently hosted primarily in the United States. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

- ensuring you have rights to submit Customer Data
